Service Agreement
Connect Local provides web design, automated booking setup, Google Business Profile optimization, and NFC Google Review Cards for local service businesses. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined here.
No Long-Term Contracts
Monthly services are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with written notice. Website design projects are one-time fees with optional month-to-month maintenance.
Billing
Monthly services are billed in advance. One-time projects (such as website design) are billed according to the proposal agreed upon before work begins. There are no hidden fees.
Results Disclaimer
While we use proven strategies to improve your online presence, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on your market, competition, and business factors. We set realistic expectations upfront and track everything transparently.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to accounts and profiles as needed, and prompt feedback during the build process. Delays in providing access or content may affect launch timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the website we build for you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
